On select evenings throughout the year, our Equus Restaurant holds wine dinner hosted by representatives of distinguished wineries. These connoisseurs share their knowledge with attendees as they explore the aromas, flavors and textures of a wide variety of fine vintage wines.

Wines are paired with a magnificent four-course tasting menu, which includes specially selected items from the Equus menu or new chef creations. During the event, our staff will gladly give you a tour of our state of the art wine cellar. Great wineries featured at our past wine dinners are: The Chalone Group, Laurent Perrier Champagne, Stag's Leap Winery and most recently wineries of the Northwest and Pacific Region.
